In summer very few dining options and property is definitely run down. No AC in rooms. It's definitely a winter only hotel. Staff tried their best and breakfast decent for short stays. Can get old if you don't eat pork like us.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas para nada. Como mucho 3 estrellas por su spa nada mas. La cena a 32€ sin bebida para un bufet muy pobre es exagerada La habitacion vale un 2 estrellas , no han cambiado la toalla grande el dia siguiente . Solo el chico de la recepcion y el del bar muy profesionel los dos y muy amables.

Hotel en medio de la nada, perfecto para ir a esquiar a La Masella o La Molina. No hay nada alrededor por lo que se debe tener en cuenta. Si quieres salir a cenar debes ir a Puigcerdà o otros pueblos a mínimo 30min. Habitaciones amplias, cama muy grande y cómoda. Desayuno correcto. Pero muy caro y sobrevalorado por lo que es. Tiene piscina y spa que no usamos, seguro que es buena opción para después de una jornada de ski.

En verano está muy aislado, muy lejos de cualquier pueblo o la más mínima agrupación de casas. No hay indicaciones de senderos porque son pistas de esquí de fondo sin mantenimiento en verano. Hotel organizado para macro ocupaciones. Una habitación muy básica y muy ruidosa, se oye la cisterna de la habitación contigua como si estuviera dentro de la habitación, ruido de las llaves de las luces, de todo. Descanso nada reparador. Elegimos estancia con desayuno y cena: en ambos momentos, no te dejan elegir tu mesa, tienes que esperar a que te acompañe un camarero, que otro te siente, que otro de tome nota de la bebida (con una presión insistente por parte del personal - un botellín de agua 3 euros! - no te ofrecen una jarra....hay que bajar con la cantimplora para no sufrir este abuso. Pero si eliges comprar una botella de vino, entonces puedes elegir mesa...), en las tostadas utilizan margarina en vez de mantequilla. No nos ha gustado, ni recomendaríamos ni volveríamos. Aprovechamos una oferta y nos ha salido caro. El SPA, 20 euros por sesión (1 hora) y lo que no te comentan, es que está medio hotel a la vez, a pesar de que te dicen que hay un cupo, y que los niños están a tu lado capuzandose mientras uno intenta relajarse.

Très déçus à notre arrivée car on nous annonce que la piscine qui était l’attrait numéro pour cet hôtel est payante 😩. Il faut payer 20€ par personne pour 1 H !!! Pour accéder au spa. Ça n’était mentionné nul part sur le site au contraire et c’est je crois la première chose mise en avant . Nous ne serions pas venu si nous avions su. C’est de la publicité mensongère . De plus l’enregistrement a été très long et la personne n’était ni accueillante ni souriante. Par contre la chambre est bien et la douche grande. Nous avons très bien mangé et l’équipe du restaurant est très professionnelle et agréable .

La estancia fue genial. Todos los empleados fueron muy agradables, pero remarcar Andrea de Restaurante que en todo momento fue un amor, profesional, y dispuesta en todo momento. Solo comentar que pagamos por el SPA 20€, y resultó ser que solo iban mitad de las instalaciones, es por eso que no damos 5 estrellas a las instalaciones.

Buen hotel en general con un spa correcto. Los trabajadores muy amables y agradables. Desayuno correcto para este tipo de hoteles de montaña. Habitacion grande y cama comoda. Baño grande Como buen hotel de alta montaña, no tiene aire acondicionado En cuanto a la cena quizas un poco escasa en variedad para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Todo estaba bueno, en especial la tortilla de patatas. No entiendo porque en la cena no se pone mas fruta y yogures como en el desayuno. Algun helado tambien se agradeceria. Se nos hizo, o ya estaba, un nido de bichos que parecia que estaba dentro del aluminio de la ventana. Fue rapidamente neutralizado por un spray. Lo que no entiendo es como el servicio de limpieza no vio el cristal de la ventana lleno de mosquitos. A nosotros no nos importó pero supongo que habrá otra gente que le daría rechazo. Aparte de esta anecdota ,volveremos en otra escapada.

No es un hotel de 4*

Necesita una renovación el hotel. Las moquetas estaban rotas, la habitación algo sucia, la cena para niños era de un nivel bajísimo: san jacobo (frito), pescado rebozado (frito), patatas (fritas), pasta con tomate (frito) y pizza. La cena de adultos no estuvo nada mal. El desayuno estaba bastante bien de variedad, pero para llegar a la excelencia faltaba leche de avena (o cualquier vegetal) caliente, el café era malísimo y no había té negro, por ejemplo. Como dato, en un desayuno detectamos moho en la fruta, en cuanto lo avisamos retiraron en seguida toda la fruta.

Nous avons pris un bol d'O2, d'air frais. Nous avons profité des activités de montagne, la neige était au rendez-vous, superbe vue, c'est ce que nous recherchions. Nous avons profité du SPA. ( prévoir des peignoirs). L'ensemble du personnel était sympa, une super équipe dispo. très bon accueil ! Les repas étaient corrects pour le prix ! Etablissement un peu vieillissant, cela manque un peu d'entretien !

Pour quelques nuits très bien.

Hôtel propre qui a besoin d'une bonne rénovation, spacieux, chambre simple bien équipée mais pas assez d'isolation phonique, nous entendons bien les voisins des chambres voisines et les passages dans le couloir. Très bon petit déjeuner et copieux. Bon service et bonne équipe. L'espace piscine spa est très bien, très agréable et bien équipé. Le bâtiment extérieur n'est pas beau.

Nice hotel with beautiful views

Nice hotel with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly and the room is comfortable. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, and you can hear the other hotel guests. Besides that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the spa.
