"Everyone was very friendly, room was clean and well maintained with extra comfort touches. The lobby area greets you with a fireplace video of a cracling fire, several tables at which to relax, coffee and tea provided or other beverages and food available for purchase, soothing background music is playing and the air is pleasantly scented. All of this helps you relax and feel at home. So this all gave me an elevated feeling of being a special guest. "
