"Front desk staff weren't very friendly. Property was dated, room dark, need more lighting. The waitress/host in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed. She was nice but running around trying to keep up. Very thin overcooked steak."

"This is a nice place to stay near Capitol Reef. Clean room and comfortable bed. There is an indoor pool. Coffee in the morning. The Manager was very helpful in fixing my booking. There is a gas station with a Subway next door. Other restaurants are nearby."

"A unique motel experience. Old renovated co-op building, very clean and well-maintained, with access for all guests to the complete commercial kitchen! Spacious room and shared spaces for dining. The slightly challenging thing was that no staff was available on-site- all interaction with staff was by email/phone. And this clearly confused some guests- I had to help 3 different parties get into the building, explain how to find their rooms and keypad entry codes, etc. Ultimately, someone from the staff showed up to help, but the system still has some kinks that need to be worked out. That said, though, it was a fine place to stay at a great price, and we'd go there again as it was great fun cooking in the big, fully-equipped kitchen."

"WARNING: I would not recommend this hotel. I had a reservation booked, but on the day I was supposed to check in, they messaged me saying they had to cancel it. I tried calling multiple times but no one answered. This left me scrambling for another place to stay at the last minute. Based on my experience, this hotel is unreliable and not worth the risk."

"This was a nice place to stay. Convenient to Capitol Reef National Park and the town of Torrey. It is situated in a beautiful spot. A bonus is an outdoor, sheltered, gravel covered commons area with tables and chairs."

"We stayed in a covered wagon with our three kids, 3, 6, and 9 in late April. We have stayed in a covered wagon before so we brought some extra blankets for the cold nights (down to 32). Unsure if their blankets and mini heater would have been enough, but they definitely provided much more than the place we stayed in montana. Plenty of space. The bathrooms provided were really well heated and comfortable, definitely very nice to have our own bathroom space. We didn't use the pool or spa, but the kids enjoyed the outdoor play space, and the breakfast included had some good options."
