"Breakfast included option was very rewarding and an excellent choice. Although the hotel was close to the airport, we didn't hear the planes noise at night time. The rooms were kept clean each day. the staff was great. Areas of improvement : - Parking in house for 22 euro was a bit much. You can park after 9 pm in the streets for free. "

"The hotel is convenient to the Praça de Espanha metro and has a couple of playgrounds nearby. It’s reasonable for families and near the Zoo. It’s not terribly convenient to the old town area, but quick to the airport. The hotel itself is clean and easy to navigate. The restaurant had a lovely breakfast and made a good backup option for dinner. We had a suite, so the room was extra spacious. "

"Power outlets not safe. Very dirty and old. Staff not friendly and helpful except for 1 older staff member that helped us. Parking was not explained we were locked in and had to get to the airport. Do not stay here. Power outlet not secure and blew up my European hair dryer. Much better options out there. Extremely disappointment, especially since this is a Holiday Inn! Needs to be gutted and renovated. "
