"Staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean. Pillows were lovely. Minor whinge about the really strong sickly vanilla scented bathroom toiletries. In my first room a king the toiletries were lovely but the second room I was in the queen room had different products and they were yucky but that’s a personal thing so some might like it."

"The pillows(4) were terrible either lumpy or too soft. The TV was very poor for a quality hotel, only local channels with many of them buffering. I would have expected a Smart TV with streaming channels at least. Tried setting the A/C from 24deg to 26deg but after a couple of minutes it reverted to 24deg but other than that it was fine"
