"The property was unsafe with a balcony door that didnt close latch or lock, was advertised as frequently booked by families.. i showed up to a cot set up for my 2 year old right next to this balcony door. I ended up having to stay awake all night to ensure my kids safety. A blind fell on my eldest son because the bracket was crooked. "Has to go through a long and arduous pre check in process which was totally in expected. It was especially stressful when this happened during a road trip with limited wifi access. The crockery was quite greasy and some of the linen was stained. "
