No bowls in the kitchen, not enough silverware for the room capacity, one flat pillow per person, lack of toilet paper, and not as advertised. The description said AC, down comforter, memory foam mattress, and premium bedding. Our room had none of that "

In terms of location, however you can use the bus to get where you need to go, but it is kind of far from the central city. We also had to use bus or Uber to take us to the main city. Yes the room is small and yes, the showers are small, but it’s objective was literally just to house us for the days that we were going to be in Rome and that was fine. "
