"Points forts : très belle chambre spacieuse, stationnement gratuit très facile dans les rues, très propre et sécuritaire. Par contre la climatisation a pris plus de 10 heures avant de rafraîchir la chambre. Une boîte de mouchoirs ainsi qu'un accès à une machine à café auraient été appréciés. Il manquait de supports pour sécher les serviettes et de tablettes de rangement pour les produits de soins personnels dans la salle de bain."

"We loved the Costa Ragusa Borgo it was brand new, the room was spacious and contemporary. The service was fantastic for the buffet and the restaurants, everyone was always so eager to help. If you have kids - use the kids club, the staff is super professional! The beach was hands down amazing! So clean and clear, you can wade in forever with barely a wave. My only recommendation would be to change the towels more often ( house keeping needs some work) and the night entertainment needs some help they had an extremely soulful singer most nights that was not suited for the resort- they did have a group from Palermo one night that was awesome. In my opinion keep the dj on longer instead of the soulful singer. All in all you can go wrong with this beautiful resort."

"Very nice stay. The staff especially made it a pleasant experience. They were very attentive, always ready to help even before asking and always courteous and greeting. Nice breakfast and onsite parking is great. Good location."
