Restaurant was great! Excellent staff and food was great. Other staff at check in and around hotel were very nice. Breakfast -would have preferred it included in the cost.

Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
Fantastic stay! Minor issue with the room we were given. Immediately taken care of by the wonderful staff at the front desk and an upgrade given. All of the staff offered exceptional service, from the front door to the housekeeping, to the breakfast staff. Will definitely stay again!
