Room cleaning was lacking. Body hair in the bathroom the whole stay, growing in quantity. Discovered, when I arrived at night, that they left the patio door open after I’m assuming they cleaned the room.

One King West Hotel & Residence
Excellent room. Male manager would not honour the extra food perk that was given by a female manager earlier on May 12 to make up for errors on check-in on May 11. He treated me like I was lying and obviously didn’t have any respect for me because I’m an older woman.
