The building was very conjusted , rooms are suffocated, no natural air Washrooms was very tight small not worth it

Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
Room was so hot , could not cool it down . Had a quick question for the front desk , looking just for a yes or no answer but was told to get to the back of the Line like I was a 10 year old ,9 people In Line at the time and it was not moving
