"I liked that it’s so close to shopping and restaurants, I didn’t like that the bathroom was so small and outdated and the room itself was kind of small. But the staff were very helpful and the room was kept very clean ."

"Clean, modern, comfy beds, no airplane noise, huge casino, nice pool area. We attended the theatre for a concert and took in some horse racing. The food was good, only complaint is food service, whether it’s short staffing or a need for better management we often had to wait a while to get greeted and served, things were forgotten, staff seemed overwhelmed but they were trying but all in all we enjoyed the resort! I’ve never been to a nice steakhouse where staff would constantly walk past food on the floor or supervisors/managers wouldn’t check in on patrons. All in all Would recommend though!"

"For the price, the location of the Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto can't be beat. While there are closer hotels to the CN Tower and area, not at this price. The property was well maintained and managed by very friendly staff. Underground parking was convenient. At a good price, a convenient location and a well maintained and clean property, I recommend the Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto (Carleton St) when travelling to downtown Toronto."

"The staff was very lovely and welcoming. The property is beautiful. The room waThe water pressure in the shower was amazing! My child loved the planes passing overhead and personally we weren't bothered by any noise and slept soundly. Was also very close to many restaurants and stores. Parking was very spacious. Met many"

"The location was great for us as we were attending a concert st the RBC Amphitheater. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very comfortable, the staff was great, the bar was great - but I would not recommend the restaurants for meals."
