Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites
The room was clean and mattresses were comfortable. Bathroom a little dated but clean and practical. The only criticism is regarding the Bistro that was closed at lunch time and as a result we had to skip lunch. Only open for breakfast and dinner with limited hours.

The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, provided a room upgrade and a free bottle of wine since it was our first time at the Fairmont. Excellent service!
