The appartment was ok. To enter in the garage i had to press the green button to open the garage door. it was a little bit long to open and regular resident of the place were upset because they have to wait. insigh the garage there was another barrier with the remote and it took a 15 second wait and again regular resident were upset because of the waiting

Great value and location. But not a hotel

It should be known that this is much more like a BnB experience than a hotel. Self check in by picking up a key from a lock box at a nearby convenience store. And the room is located inside a residential apartment building. If you’re okay with that process, the rest of the experience is perfect. The location is great and the value is good. This is a full fledged two bedroom apartment with a full size kitchen. The parking garage is a very bizarre set up, but if you follow the instructions carefully, you will get to your spot. You’re getting a lot more for your money here compared to regular hotels in the area.

The unit was very clean with a pleasing decor. It was well equipped and comfortable. My only concern was the parking key fob, which did not work no matter where I pointed it. The parking instructions were clear but could have included a diagram circling "exactly" where to point the key fob (or maybe the fob needed a new battery). I could only enter the parking garage and lower level when someone else used their fob. Otherwise, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return to this property.

We cannot find the owner. So we have to find another place to stay.Of course they would not give you a refund.What a horrible experience.

Slight issue with the FOB in the beginning.

There was a slight issue with a missing FOB when I picked up the key. It was missing prior to my arrival. The issue was quickly resolved, but I was without a fob until the morning. That was the only little problem I had. Otherwise, the place was beautiful and the staff were really helpful! I was staying for Generator so the location was very convenient.

The room is quaint and sufficient for a stay of about 4 people. If I needed to set up an air mattress to accommodate more people (like I had originally planned to), I probably would have had trouble finding room for such a thing. The room was very clean and extra blankets were available. Although the room is nice, the real value comes with the location. We didn’t leave the included parking garage once during our stay and there were countless food options surrounding us. The location was my favorite part about this room. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service when we checked out the building, and I probably wouldn’t have booked here if I knew that it was going to be unavailable. That’s no fault of the host though. Host was extremely communicative and helpful.

It wasn't bad but the check-in/check-out instructions were not current and confusing. The room was very hot and even turning off the thermostat completely or the AC didn't help. I had to sleep with the windows open. The TV did not have Netflix and cable TV as described if that's important to you. Instructions for accessing gym were also inaccurate mentioning a key fob that doesn't exist. Regardless is was acceptable at the price.

Check in time was at 4pm and at time of reservation i specified my arrival would be earlier btwn 3-4pm. I arrived at 3ish to find condo dirty and not made up. Condo was empty so it should have been cleaned.I had to leave condo and come back much later to have a cleaning person come. They still left dirty left over soaps in shower aftr my arrival and no soap to even wash ur hands. I had to leave early and mangement company makes u pick up/drop off keys in a corner store with lockbox. Corner store was closed in the morning at time of departure so was left waiting to try to figure where to leave keys since front desk wont take them. This management company is not on the ball especially when servicing for business people coming downtown for short visits.

You get a complete apartment for the price of a hotel room! Don't have to eat breakfast out every morning. Includes all important parking in the basement. Another perk you won't get in most hotels... Only downside is the key pickup is located in the doorway of a convenience store, so very impractical and the lockbox is nearly impossible to shut once the key and fob are put back...

This place was a good location however could use a little maintnance as the toilet wasn't working properly and most of the blinds seemed to be broken. Also parking is confusing as there is multiple spots with the same name just on different floors so be sure you are in the correct floor.

Had a little bit of difficulty finding parking with the construction site behind the building. Other than that the place was great. Plenty of space, clean , and very convenient to everything. Blue Jays park, CN Tower, and Ripleys aquarium are all just a few minutes walk. There is a security guard on duty and the parking garage is secure. Will definitely stay again on next trip

Le check-in a été très pénibles ... Presque 2 heures avant de pouvoir entrer dans l'appartement. C'était en général assez propre sauf qu'il y avait des mouches à fruits parce que les poubelles n'avait pas été vidé du locataire précédent. De plus, la clé du locataire précédent était encore dans l'appartement. Unité très bien situé, à proximité de tout !

La chambre est confortable et pratique... Néanmoins quelques points restent à améliorer comme par exemple les indications pour récupérer les clés/trouver le parking. De plus, la chambre était en face d’un chantier dont les travaux commençaient très (très) tôt le matin...
