The hotel was big and beautiful and clean. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and nice to stay in. I liked that parking was included in the stay, and there were quite a few restaurants around if you wanted to do something different other than the restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was very good though.

Clean room in a nice hotel. The location is good. Breakfast is ok but the buffet had the same selections each day. The breakfast should be free, but there is an extra charge. There is a Starbucks in the hotel and a Tim Horton's in the same parking lot.

This was a top tier hotel experience. It’s conveniently located near several food places, malls and gas stations. You don’t have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to because everything you need is there! There is a restaurant, Starbucks, a few pools, a couple gyms and spa!! I had the pleasure of eating from restaurant and the food was a 10/10. It was kindly and delivered to my room and I was given the option for it to be charged to the room or paid separately. I was celebrating my birthday and the hotel staff delivered a complementary birthday treat!! The room was cleaned daily and all staff were kind. Highly recommended this hotel.

We are a family of four, 2 kids ages 5 & 7. The staff at the entire hotel were phenomenal. Our experience at check in was helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommend doing the food package- breakfast and snack bar in the evening, you have the cost covered with breakfast alone. The indoor pool was closed our second day which was too bad, but could use the other pool and outdoor pool. Both were nice, but busy and not as clean as the Sheraton side. Food at Crave was great, we did breakfast and dinner. The service there was excellent as well
