Great location and lots of space. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen was a great place for our group to stay together. Unfortunately, we were given the incorrect code to get in the front door, and had to wait ten minutes in the cold for a new one to be texted to us, then, when we got inside, we discovered the codes for all the rooms had also been changed. All in all, we didn't get access to our rooms for over 40 from our arrival. Next, one of the beds was broken and two adults in our group had to sleep on the rather small and hard living room couches. The upstairs bathroom was home to small flying insects, and the shower leaked downstairs into the kitchen, creating a puddle on the floor whenever someone showered. The house definitely needs some upgrades and management needs to respond to messages more quickly.

Great for an overnight but please fix the WiFi

The house had plenty of room, it was For the most part clean, and the beds were comfortable. The WiFi connected, but did not work, a tragedy in my brothers eyes. Neither did the cable. We were there one night so for that period of time it was tolerable. Having traveled internationally, please address that ASAP as roaming charges do add up. The oven and stove had not been cleaned, and there were some cosmetic things to be addressed. Overall i give it a four because it met our overnight needs. For an entire week with no Internet or Cable and a dirty stove and oven, I’d give it a three. House is lovely and in a quiet neighborhood and parking is cheap and convenient. Please fix the WiFi and cable path forward. And use something besides band aids to hold the black out paper on the bedroom door windows in place.
