Simple and clear instructions, we got assigned a suite in a high rise building in the heart of down town, with all the amenities as expected. There is no on-site reception, but instructions are sufficient, and everything was very smooth. The support team was responsive and quick via SMS and emails. Given the reasonable prices, the great suites and all the amenities, I would highly recommend!

The entire experience was seamless. Perfect location near St Michael’s hospital where our grandson had surgery. Only complaint the unit did not have coffee. Lots of sugar though

This isn’t a hotel. It’s a property management company pretending to be a hotel - they rent out various condo units in the city at different addresses. You are not allowed to call security at the condo buildings if you have safety concerns during your stay.

The address on Expedia is not correct address. When I went they said that it’s a shelter . Called the number they gave me address and I had to wait until a man came down stairs cause the man a desk said I should’ve received a email on how check in. A man comes downstairs with a card machine and a pocket full keys . Weird experience and don’t recommend

THE ADDRESS ON EXPEDIA IS WRONG. As a business owner I would think that having the correct address for your place online is an important aspect to ensuring your customers are safe. The address listed on Expedia with which we booked leads us to an old Econo lodge which has been transformed into a MENS SHELTER. How embarrassing for us as we try to enter the building, tired and disheveled from travelling only to be met with a security guard informing us that we are trying to enter a men’s shelter. Then I had to phone the contact number and he was trying to say I should have gotten an email with check in instructions which I did not receive. After much back and forth he agreed to send me the email after confirming I in fact did not have one listing any sort of instructions. The place was fine. Then unfortunately there was a fire alarm, and there was no emergency directions listed anywhere in the apartment and we exited the building only to find out you don’t have to (we aren’t from a big city so we were unsure how this works), regardless I feel like there should have been emergency exit route maps listed in the apartment somewhere if you’re listing it like a hotel room.
