"Great location! It is just a short walk to all the major attractions. The room was clean and modern and very spacious and offcourse Jacuzzi is cherry at the top. Breakfast is included, and the staff were very helpful. Perfect for a quick, affordable stay in the city."

"The room was great. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and it had a variety of items. The kitchen staff was friendly, the receptionists were polite, but not friendly. I was hesitant to ask for help. They were not aprovechable. "

"Worse motel I have ever been too. First of all they changed their name to “lakeshore hotel” when it is actually green acres motel. Already a lie, in no way does it seem like a hotel. Better to keep the old name at least you are not deceiving people. Mind you we checked in at 4:30 pm (checking in time was 3PM) and we were told our room wasn’t cleaned yet. The cleaning lady tried to get us another room but there were no room available (very weird). So she asked us to come back in 30 mins as they did not want us to watch them clean. We come back and again not sure what they actually cleaned? The bedsheet had holes everywhere, there were stains. We found garbage underneath the TV. The bathroom door would not even lock and close. The shower was non existent. It looked more like a prison room. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had bed bugs as well. There was no way for us to control the temperature of the room. It’s not like I paid $50 for this, I did pay a good amount and got the worse thing on earth. We asked to pay more to upgrade our room, however we were told that all rooms look the same. Even the chair as shown in the booking page was missing in our room. The service was so slow, every time we had to go to the receptionist. Literally in an hour or two we checked out and went to another hotel. Our money went to waste here and we would never recommend anyone to come here! "

"None smoking room had strong smoke smell. Noise constant from gas station next door. Walls have little insulation and room to room noise was loud. Room was poorly maintained and lots of wear throughout. "

"Great stay. Andrea took great care of me and my girlfriend. Hotel is very clean and peaceful. Service is perfect. Parking was super easy and next to the hotel. Also you can cook and do your laundry in your suite if you like. We did lots of walking around the hotel area and visited the Toronto zoo which I highly recommend. "
