Wish the heat was controllable- had service in and it worked for an hour and then back to way too warm! All night.

Fairmont Royal York
Incredible experience from the second we arrived to the second we left. From the valet parking to the conseirge to the bar staff wow! We will be back! We even checked out the haunted 8th floor! We didn't see the old man with the burgundy jacket. Maybe next time! Thank you for the amazing stay!!!

When we arrived, Tara was wonderful helping us check in. Our room’s heating wasn’t working and only blowing AC. They sent maintenance who took an hour to change the entirety of the unit while we waited in the room watching them. It was a little bit awkward and when they changed the unit it started ...
