We checked in at 1:30 am and there were several staff available to check us in. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was loud for me, but I put in ear plugs and was able to fall back asleep. Very nice breakfast in the morning.

Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
The hotel room was much more dated than was advertised on Expedia. The bathroom and shower facility was very old and damaged. There was no temperature control in the room so it was uncomfortably warm at times.

Breakfast is fantastic - but can get busy so go early. Room temperature was an issue. Could not get the room to get below 24°C - but we managed. Staff were super helpful and friendly!
