"Attractive property, especially the dining and lounge areas. Recently acquired and will be better as renovations take place. Wi Fi could be better although strong signal can be expected in common and dining area. "

"Brilliant location, right on the edge of the loch. Property is undergoing refurbishment, bedrooms need more work, but restaurant was very good and the food was amazing. Good parking and deck to sit on for drinks overlooking the loch. Improved rooms would make the hotel amazing. Very accomodating staff."

"The pod is in the backyard of a garden which gives an impression of lack of intimacy, even though cabin is oriented towards a forest making it a "false" impression. However, the place itself was clean and really cozy and services were excellent, we loved it"

Charming place with amazing staff

"Charming historic property in a stunning location. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the stay feel personal and memorable. Rooms are cozy and full of character, and the onsite restaurant is a pleasant surprise. Just a short and scenic walk to the Glenfinnan Viaduct, making it a perfect base for anyone hoping to catch a glimpse of the Jacobite steam train. Highly recommend."

"Spectacular stay. The castle is such a unique experience as a hotel and we loved every minute. The property is beautiful and the service was five star. The only negative was a giant beehive outside our room which prevented us from opening the window. A couple bees also made it inside our room but we were able to “guide” them back out with a small towel. Fortunately neither of us are allergic but my wife was not happy. However this didn’t ruin our stay and we would absolutely return and recommend to anyone. Definitely pricey but we found it worth it. "
