"So room was nice and big, what we didn’t like is that we had to pay for the sheets for every bed. This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. We have been on many vacations never have we been charged extra for them to clean the room. And fyi the room was not that clean when we got there with panties in the trash can. "This is my second time here, absolutely love the hotel, staff and the facilities. We stayed in a 3 bed apartment, and it was well equipped and very clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, super comfty beds too. "

Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "

"This hotel is right next to the railway station and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We registered on the hotel app choosing to be environmentally friendly and agree to not having the room cleaned for the 3 days we were there and that gave us a refund on 10 CHF. We were surrounded by great restaurants and were able to walk to all the attractions However the metro was right outside if we needed it lovely room and comfy beds. We were given a Swiss pass which gave us free travel on trains and buses. Excellent service, we will be back!"
