"We loved this hotel. The views from the room are stunning. The location is PERFECT - you're high enough to get amazing views and really feel like you're in Positano, but you're close enough to the beach that the walk back up isn't too bad. You have an infinite number of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance (relatively flat) from the hotel. We really appreciated that they provided us videos and maps of how to find our rooms and get to the street. Listen to their instructions!!!! Their guidance saved us taking the Stairs of Death, which you naturally assume are the way back up. Naomi gave great recommendations for Fornillo beach clubs (5 minute walk) and we used the car service (new sprinter van) they coordinated for us from the Naples train station, which was a huge help. They had a porter service that charged $10 per bag to take our luggage from the room to the car. The main hotel is pretty close to the street, but the larger rooms are around the corner and it would have been a nightmare dragging our huge bags. I would have paid quadruple since that was something Instagram stressed me out about before our trip! Worth every penny."

"Staff were helpful and checked us in early which is always appreciated. The room was clean though the bathroom needs updating. The toilet kept running and they tried to fix it but it still ran. There needs to be a small shelf in the shower so you can put a soap or shampoo. We had to keep opening the shower to grab your soap and shampoo etc and then put it back on the bathroom sink counter. The bed was large and comfortable. Ac worked well. Room was cleaned daily and refreshed in the evenings. They had 2 restaurants on site but we didn’t eat there. They looked nice though. The drinks at the hotel bar were great. Staff was so friendly and helped us plan our days and find our way around. Location was great with a gorgeous view from the room. Sunrises were beautiful. Quiet area too."
