"I am disappointed at the quality of this hotel used by hotels.com. The room I was given was filthy and looked like it was still under construction. There were 35 steps to reach the receptio. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. Only have of the bathroom was tiled rest was bare cement. Carpet was filthy. Mini bar / fridge rusted inside. Dust everywhere. On thing good was the bed was clean and comfortable."

"Die Leute an der Rezeption konnten weder englisch noch deutsch sprechen.Unser Zimmer war ziemlich herunter gekommen. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt und das WLAN fiel tageweise aus. In diesem Nichtraucher Apartment waren viele Zigarettenbrandlöcher im Teppich, Sofa etc. In der Küche fehlten Töpfe . Die Unterkunft ist nahe zum S-Bahnhof gelegen."

"Wir waren 14 Tage dort als Familie. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut und es wird sehr drauf geachtet das alles sauber ist. Was etwas schade ist das die Möbel zwar in Ordnung sind aber doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Genau wie das sanitär ist sehr alt. Wenn man das Hotel einmal von Grund auf sanieren würde ist es ein tolles Hotel und der Chef und seine Leute sind alle toll und hilfsbereit. Allein deswegen würde ich wieder kommen und in dem Hotel buchen. Man ist von dort aus auch schnell in der Stadt...

"Wife and i had an absolutely perfect experience here. VERY clean, staff is happy and eager to help you, very classy and comfortable place. Great breakfast buffet with both indoor and outdoor seating, phenomenal italian restaurant on the roof with an amazing view of Izmir, and an awesome pool area. Pool is big, clean, and the staff was on point with their service. This is my new favorite place to vacation and we will be back next year! Thank you all at the Swissotel izmir!"
