"Staff were great all friendly and helpful. Pools were lovely and clean. Breakfast was average but nice enough, that would be only area for improvement for us, otherwise great. Fabulous views and very central. "
"Overall excellent and would come back and also recommend. Would definitely go to another Rixos in the chain.
1) kids club was superb - could sit with my 2 year old as he entertained himself with all the different rooms and activities (note I did not leave him there alone so cannot comment on care quality in the absence of parents)
2) the food is unmatched to any other hotel I’ve been too
3) we weren’t able to explore everything with our 2 year old but the amenities we did use were brilliant
That said a few areas of mprovement:
1) it was a shame that the room was on a building site the noise was intolerable especially with a little one; we were offered an alternative room (the first room that was shown to us had the same issue / just as loud) and second room was apparently quieter but both of these rooms were considerably smaller. Three courtesies would’ve been appreciated - knowing we had a little one, we should’ve 1) been notified that works were taking place giving us an opportunity to book elsewhere; 2) on arrival noticing we had a child been offered an alternative room; 3) on arrival I requested a room upgrade with an additional payment I was told that this was not available and the hotel was fully booked despite seeing rooms available on Expedia
2) bathroom cleanliness could be improved - drain was not great and quite a few ants. The knobs to use the different shower heads and sprayers were difficult/ stiff to use (an elderly couple they would struggle)

"No air conditioning in restaurants and all hotel areas!!!! Dirty rooms and impolite staff! Hotel is not worth for money and not worth to be 5 stars! It’s like 3 stars very old hotel! Mattress smells, towers are nasty! For the price we paid we could go to Titanic Luxury Bodrum or Lujo! Beach areas are not clean and smells pee!!! It’s better to stay home than choose this hotel! We traveled with kids and I don’t feel safe! You can find bugs and mosquitoes in your room!
After 2 days of complaining they changed our room but it was the same thing! They didn’t want to refund money for other nights we didn’t want to stay! cutlery was sticky, no tables to sit, too much people in dining area!
I’ve never been before in the bad hotel like this! "
