"I only have one complaint and it’s the strangest thing I have ever encountered in my life. I just get into my room with my wife. It was hot out, so we laid in the bed for a bit, stripped down to cool off and watch some tv. The tv remote had a low battery and it posted a message on the screen saying to contact the front desk and let them know to get fresh battery, which I called them and did. About 5 minutes later thank God the bedroom is had a waist high partition between it and the main entrance way because this lady barged right into the room using her master key. We heard some say hello and we were like… what the heck! I could see she had just walked right out into the middle of the room with us both uncovered. We scrambled to pull the sheet up and thank God we were not naked. She said she knocked on the door but my wife and I neither one of us heard anything and this tv did not have much for volume so don’t know how we did not hear the knock. Thank god for the high partition between the living area and our bedroom. I could sit up at the edge of the bed and pull on my shorts I had on the floor beside the bed as I sat down. She took the remote and said she would replace the battery. This time were expecting her to be back soon so we turned the tv volume completely down and I will be darn if she did do it again! This time there was this really light knock which explains why I probably didn’t hear it before, and she immediately just used her key card and just barged right in."
