"I booked this hotel because all the 5 stars in the city were booked. And I checked out from the hotel within 5 hours because the both the bedroom and the bathroom were infested with bugs and cockroaches. I escaped with a few bites on me and I don’t think I wanted more.

"Condition of room was pathetic, had mold all over the wall and windows. The linen provided was damp i guess thats due to the mold. Planned to stay for 4 nights but had to leave earlier, the manager asked me to pay for all the nights (although that’s my fault should have seen their terms and conditions earlier) but his attitude didn’t help my cause. Food provided was ok but wasn’t great by any means whether taste or presentation. "

Waited at the reception for 20 min until receptionist woke the hotel manager up as he himself didnt know how to check me in. Staff were rude, no eye contact no common courtesy shown.
