We were stranded while traveling home due to an accident on the highway and everyone did everything they could to help us out. Can’t say enough good things about them all!"

"I booked through Hotels.com and paid in advance, but when I arrived the hotel had no record of my reservation. It was after hours, and I wasn’t even allowed into the lobby—just told to stand in the hallway and use a service phone. There was no support or real effort to resolve the issue, and I was left without a room, it was midnight and exhausted form my travels. Very frustrating and unacceptable experience. "
