"My room did not appear clean enough, a lot of smoke smell coming in from other rooms. The smell of marijuana and other drugs was so strong from other rooms. The vent picks up the smell. The smoke dectector in my room was missing from the cealing. As many times as I complained it was not resolved. Even though the condition of the property was poor overall, the staff were nice. I think they need to hire more staff to serve the clients more efficiently. It looks like they only have 2 staff for house keeping and there is no way 2 individuals can effectively clean all the rooms. "

"The corner room I requested was GREAT. It was large, plenty of walking around area, sectional sofa, air worked great, spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff was super nice as well. A few small issues, there was no way to stop water from exiting the shower door so always a puddle after a shower. The toilet decided when it wanted to flush and the friggin remote to the TV, I wanted to throw it out the window. Luckily, the Hilton app has TV functions, so I just used my phone to control the TV. There is not a lot around this hotel as far as shopping or restaurants. There are some, but not many and the only one on the property is pretty sparce. It looks like the area around the hotel was once very vibrant but not anymore. On that note, room service was quick! And the food was wonderful so I just ate in my room all three nights. No complaints and tried something different each night."

"This was a lovely hotel. The in-house restaurant was very good. The staff was exemplary. Perfect location for a Twins or Timberwolves game. "

"Key card had to be reset 4 times in a 2 day period requiring trips with my luggage from the 3rd floor to the main floor each time. thermostat won't work so spent the first night getting up to turn it on for an hour to heat up the room and then off because it got to hot. 1 set of towels for a 2 day stay. "

"To start off the staffs were very nice, and friendly. My complaint- door was broken, when we first used the key it worked but then it stopped working and the workers couldnt fix it until the next day when we left for a little bit. Very inconventient because we had to keep bothering them to manually open our door. And it wasn't just one room, both room door did that. They were able to fix one door but not the one I was staying at. Place states breakfast but no breakfast available. Unless you feel cereal and bagel is enough then yes thats breakfast. The pool was out of order. There were little things but those things didn't bother me. I know it's not 5 star hotel but I expected what was listed on the site. It was located close to a target and walmart, so that was nice and convenient. Overall, will not recommend. The hotel is older and needs a lot of updating. Needs more for what you're paying for. "
