"The hotel felt like a clinical medical space - grey, bland and no atmosphere or comfort at all. The receptionist was pleasant at check in but not particularly welcoming and didn't offer any information except for parking as I asked about it.
The bed moved around because the floors are lino and the castors didn’t lock. It was hard to fit the kettle under the faucet, and under the small tea/coffee selection was an old bottle top from who knows when. The bed was very soft and not supportive.
The one redeeming feature is the decent hot water in the shower (though the shower water leaked out onto the bathroom floor) but that is not enough to bring me back here again. Very disappointing. "
