While the view from the bay-facing rooms is lovely and there’s a charming coffee shop and gift store just down the hill, the condition of the property fell well below what was advertised. We rented a “Deluxe Duplex,” and sadly saw visible water damage, the bathroom was damp with long term mold and a rotting door. "연식이 있어서 좀 낡긴했지만 공간이 넓고 항구뷰가 예뻤어요. 수압도 좋고, 냉장고, 마이크로웨이브 등 지내기가 수월했습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고, 도보로 해안도로로 바로 갈 수 있어 아침에 조깅하거나 산책하기도 좋았어요. 시설에 비해 가격도 좋아서 다음에 다시 통영을 방문하면 이곳에 묵을 것 같아요."

"Fantastic location in Tongyeong and great views from the common room. Room was clean, lots of towels were provided and host was very friendly and responsive. Our only feedback was that we had to ask for bin to be changed, but this was then done really quickly without fuss. The oyster restaurant downstairs is also delicious! Get the oyster set meal! In summary we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again for future trip to Tongyeong. Thank you! "

"We had a great stay here in the family room. Loved being right on the water with the views of ferries, fishing boats, etc. Although the boats can be a little loud when coming and going in the early hours, the room/location itself is pretty quiet. Staff were very nice and although they don't speak much English you can communicate easily using your phone's translation apps (like Papago). Cooking utensils in the room were very limited but we loved the free fresh ground espresso in the lobby and Tongyeong has many inexpensive and delicious food options. Overall, the hotel and room are somewhat aged and faded and the amenities are quite basic, but we didn't care: the bed was clean and comfortable and the location is unbeatable. For the price it was a great deal."
