"Property is in the middle of nowhere. No food options and 7-11 shops nearby. Must use a motorbike or car to ge anywhere. Property lacks any amenities. Units are detached and can accomodate 1-2 people. The TV is basic with no options to stream. The bathroom is run down and desperately needs a renovation. When you flush the toilet the bowl leaks. Much better accomodation options in Phuket. Should only stay if no other options available."

"Excellent hotel. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city. You could rent mopeds from them. Arranged rides to the city nights market and helped with day trips bookings to James Bond Island, Phi Phi island, and to the Turtle sanctuary. They have free coffee, tea, toast, and jelly available for breakfast. They communicate via WhatsApp also. Would definitely...

"The property was clean and the onsite cafe was convenient. The walk score overall is slow and Bolts/Grabs bike and cars are quite expensive in this area compared to other parts of Thailand. No pool or gym onsite and the beds are incredibly hard. Closest beach is 20 min by car. If you need an in-between place that’s very affordable for a night or two, you’ll probably be okay. "
