Will not stay there again, front desk had a man that didn't speak English, room smelled like people hhad smoked in it, tv remote 😳 was there turned it on and it had not signal, there is more but the thing that topped it off was at 3 o'clock in the morning the smoke alarm started beeping and it was out of reached i was out of there by 3:30 and on the road

Had an emergency and had to leave my stay early. Was told the Tompkinsville inn would not refund the money for the nights we did not use. Not many options in the area. The Rooms are out of date. And need lots of attention. Parking is terrible.

Tompkinsville Inn, Tompkinsville, KY, is an embarrassment to Expedia. We had prepaid for five nights and am not sure how we managed to stay the one night. We checked out the next morning and drove the 30 miles to Glasgow despite the fact that the events and activities we made the trip from Virigina for were centered in Tompkinsville. Apparently, Tompkinsville Inn is the only game in town. I have never written a hotel review before. It pains me to go into detail: the sheets were stained, and the towels were stained and threadbare. The entire place was in a sad state of disrepair. Would NEVER again stay there again period. The continental breakfast which we didn't eat, appeared to be dry cereal with the milk and juice sitting on the counter in a pitcher with no ice or refrigeration to keep it cool. The entire place was disgusting. The person on duty did change our room, it was no better and no apologies were offered, beyond he offered to have the room cleaned the next day! We drove to Glasgow the next day.

This is the worst place of hundreds we've stayed in. The tub would not turn on the shower. The bathroom reeked of raid and there were dead spiders on the floor. I did not attempt to shower. The ice machine was a deep freezer in the back room. I had to smash the old ice bag on the floor to break it up. The tv did not work initially. The host a nice lady had to call and get help to adjust the settings. This was after switching rooms and coming back . The breakfast did not meet the lowest standards. a little milk in a jar a little oj in a jar and old stale cereals... we did not eat there. This place was worth $30.00 not what we paid .

Room was close to main road, so any traffic was heard. Had to wait at least 30 minutes after making reservations because it took that long to get into computer as we were told. Gentleman was nice who checked me in. The rate was too pricey for the accomodations. Would stay again if the need presented itself.

Front staff was excellent. The room was OK. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little outdated wallpaper coming off the wall, not too much hot water kind of lukewarm. Rusty shower curtain rod. Smoke detector went off for no reason early evening, and I had to take it off the ceiling. breakfast was just two kinds of cereal and some bread for toast. Water was cold for the tea.

Don’t stay!

Terrible hotel would not stay again! Water would not get hot only luke warm. Burn holes in the sheets and ceiling peeling off inside room. Wash clothes were also stained/dirty! Outside the room were mattresses and a toilet.
