"Location was great, very close to Wawel castle. The room was clean and looked brand new. The entrance is discrete - Easy to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new. Unfortunately, probably my mistake, I was not aware there was no lift, which made the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage quite difficult. Additionally, workers were in the middle of tiling the main entrance - half tiled upon arrival and wet mud and...

"Overall it was OK. Location was 30 min walk to Old Town, tram wasn't operated, otherwise would be a nice location. Would be great to have slippers and shower cap in the room instead of having to ask receptionist twice for them. We could hear sounds of upper room's guests (when they walked, coughed) from the room."

"The property is in a great location in old town Krakow , we had a great 5 night stay . Everything was nearly perfect with a good buffet breakfast. The only complaint was that rooms that face the main square have to put up with the blaring music from 8- 1pm every night. The secondary glazing is clearly not adequate."

"Convenient location and very impressive decor in the lobby and room. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, particularly as it was a very warm weekend when we visited. It was mostly quiet, although sometimes I heard movement in the early morning - we may have been above the kitchen/food area (we were on the first floor). The restaurant was very good for breakfasts and drinks, and we had a pleasant meal one evening there as well. Highly recommended and good value for money."

"The -1 floor garden suite is perfect. If you are trying to decide between it and any other place in town, just book it. You will not be disappointed. It is charming, cozy, comfortable, beautifully designed and decorated, well-stocked, and the terrace is gorgeous. Note that if you are 6’ or taller, there is a beam in the bedroom you might whack your head on. The only negatives – apart from the beam – were no face cloths – unfortunately, rather common in Europe, and the pillows were not comfortable. The large ones are too high for a comfortable sleep, and the other alternatives were very small. Something in between would be “just right”. There is a code to access the front door and your own room - an excellent system to avoid losing keys and cards. I can’t say enough about how helpful and gracious the staff were – especially Hannah, who made our stay the perfect 4 days that it was. The breakfast spot, Coffee & Wine, is 2 mins walk away, less than 2 blocks. It’s a cute place with excellent food. The hotel is adjacent to the beautiful Planty Park that surrounds the teardrop-shaped old town. A 15 min walk through the east side of the park will take you to Wawel Castle. It is a 5 to 7 min walk to the main square – close enough for frequent easy trips there yet just far enough away to avoid the noise of late night revelers. The location will also allow vehicles to pull up right in front. Schlepping your suitcases over cobblestones not required. Highly recommended."

"Good, clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning, so you need to keep the window open. Since the hotel is located on a busy tourist street, it can be quite noisy at night. The hotel does provide earplugs, though. No magnet room keys either. Quite uncomfortable to care key with a knob in pocket and they provide only one. There is internet but the signal is low and speed is slo w."
