Es la segunda vez que venimos y, como la primera vez, la experiencia fue muy grata. Las instalaciones están limpias y en mejoría constante (ya cuentan con calentadores solares para agua). El personal es muy amable y siempre servicial. Volveremos una tercera vez en un futuro.

La estancia fue muy comoda pequeños detalles pero no afectaron mi comodidad como una mejor chapa en la puerta, en la mejor suite deberia de haber frigobar pero quitando estos dos inconvenientes el lugar es bastante agradable y la comida muy rica preparada al momento. Espero regresar pronto

Considero que la habitación era muy pequeña, el baño estaba algo deteriorado, faltan instalaciones nuevas, el lavamanos estaba muy viejo y todos los muebles de baño, el colchón de las camas no era muy cómodo.

El hotel está céntrico de cualquier lugar a donde quieras ir, tiene dos salidas para facilitar tu estancia (por la parte de adelante y de atrás), la alberca siempre está limpia, las personas son muy amables. Lo único que debes verificar son los precios del restaurante, porque el código QR de la habitación no está actualizado y difiere hasta por 10 pesos de la carta.

La habitación y cama apestaba a humedad, no hay aire acondicionado, con la lluvia habia goteras, la regadera tenía fuga y salia el agua por las llaves, el baño sucio, la alberca sucia, horrible estancia

Son abusivos porque no contestan nunca el teléfono no pude asistir a hospedarme por causa fuerza mayor y se cobraron de mi tarjeta de crédito sin mi autorización , y tampoco tuvieron la gentileza de hablarme , ellos nunca me contestaron , para jamás volver a reservar hotel abusivo , no conocen lo que es calidad
