The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "The staff had a very high work ethics. The room was clean and the cleaning crews were working diligently. I loved the location where was very convenient to take the city train system. The only thing I did not like was: a man’s hot spring was much bigger and had 4-5 kinds of hot tubs. In contrary, a female had only one hot tub. "

"We stayed in the Double Room, Non Smoking (15 sqm). The room is compact but efficient, with a small bath tub in the bathroom and a humidifier that you fill with your own water before switching on. Free hot drinks are available at the lobby throughout the day. Check in was smooth and straightforward, and the hotel already had our Expedia reservations ready. As with most Japanese hotels, copies of our passports were taken at registration. Coin laundry facilities are available at the lobby, along with vending machines for drinks and beer. The washer costs Y200 for a 31 minute cycle, detergent is Y30, and the dryer is Y100 for every 10 minutes. The location is excellent. The hotel sits just across the road from Toyama Station and is also beside a Family Mart, making it very convenient for quick snacks and essentials. A shopping mall with multiple food options is within short walking distance. Luggage delivery via Ta-Q-Bin was easy to arrange. Each bag requires its own slip, and the process was handled efficiently by the hotel."

"Right by the station, location’s a gem. Convenience store at level one, connected to the hotel makes it quite tempting to buy something back all the time. Toilet seems rather refreshed and new despite the retro feel of the hotel, very comfortable stay for four nights. "
