"A famous onsen hotel brand so the onsen is good. They provide free ramen every night which is nice. However there are limited dining options around the hotel and Furano is a ghost town at night, so it’s good to have a car to drive around for food and shopping. Hotel staffs are nice but cannot speak English well. "

"This is a great slope-side location. The hotel gives a 90's retro vibe. It's comfortable and as a single travel I felt very secure and taken care of. The room was large. The hallway was quiet and the mattresses and pillows soft (which isn't always the case in Japan.) It's a little isolated from the outside town, so when the restaurants on the top floor close later in the season, I felt the lack of dining options. The bakery is fantastic and so is the Ningle Terrace. "
