Hotels near Togonan Falls

"If you want to visit this area, it is one of your only options. It is a beautiful location and the staff was helpful. It looks beautiful but it is really run down. We did appreciate hot water and you can see that they are trying to make some improvements. Never the less, the pictures are still very misleading. Expedia and other sites need to do a better job of removing these locations from their listings. I knew ahead of time that it wasn't going to be like the pictures but there are some things that may make the location risky. The decks are deteriorating and there is rusting metal that could cause injury. This is no joke. "

"The room was excellent, very clean, very large. The staff were terrific doing whatever they could to help whatever we needed help with. The restaurant on the other hand was not very good. Most of the food dishes were empty when we got there. Most of the food was cold except when they brought new food. The eggs they cooked for us were good, exactly as we ordered them. "

"The pool was nice but the trek down to it was terrible there was no telling in any of the write up’s that it was at the bottom of 4 major flights of stairs I have Breathing Difficulties if I’d known I’d never booked it The staff though were polite but everything took so long to get it really Damped the feeling accommodations are very Dated it needs a total Refurb no I can’t recommend it at all will not go back and will not rate it very well it’s nothing like it shows in brochure "

"We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke!! People were milling around in front of there rooms, almost as if the air conditioner was not working. The place was DIRTY and I mean dirty!! The outside was dirty and the rooms were dirty!! The linens did not look like they have been changed! The bathroom tiles were dark where you can see the tiles are suppose to be a lighter color. We did not want to touch anything! Not conducive for elderly or disabled individuals. We booked this because of the proximity to the port. DO NOT BOOK this property. We left and booked another place. They make there refund policy restrictive because they know people will leave once they see the rooms. In this way they try to keep your money without rendering service. They would not even take Expedia’s calls! "
