"There were some issues with cleanliness that were resolved by the front desk. Busy hotel that seems to cater to school trips. Breakfast was adequate. "

"Breakfast menu was limited . Didn’t use bar. Room was clean. Nowhere to hang used towels. Check in was late. Staff front desk very helpful . Hotel is too busy what compromised a Marriott quality that we expected "

"I personally would not stay here again. My shower was not hot, everyone was forced to evacuate the hotel for hours to stand in the cold for hours. I was wearing short cleaves open toed shoes no wallet no phone nothing. I had to take refuge at Hotel Leonardo just to try to get warm. I’d go there instead next time. The elevators take forever, the staff was nice and tried helping but there were too many problems. My TV had no remote batteries, I had to fight to get my free room upgrade as a VIO member… the laundry system was confusing and makes you pay a minimum of 29 euros on an app. I had a hard time at this place and can’t see myself coming back."
