"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "Staff was friendly and helpful when checked in, room especially bathroom was spacious and clean. Location is excellent right at the main train station, yet walkable distance to old town, cathedral and shopping area. Overall it’s a great and comfortable stay, will definitely return to this hotel. "
