"Our room was so comfortable and quiet. The onsite staff were remarkably helpful and the airport shuttle worked really smoothly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which varied in offerings each day. Having access to a guest laundry was so nice while traveling for over four weeks. The onsite pool and fitness center were also a plus."

"The hotel had at least 2 bus loads of teenagers there. Made it impossible to utilize the “free breakfast.” There were dark black stains on the rug near bathroom sink. Bathtub had some old floor non-slip material, which was unsightly. Otherwise, things looked clean which is most important!"

"We’ve stayed here several times. This time the bathroom was dirty. Tub was filthy. There was one towel. The bedspread had brown stains on it. At 2am someone was banging on their door and screaming in the hallway. We called the front desk. No one came and this continued until 430am. "

"Cleanliness was fine. We were probably the only people in osgood. Because it’s a convention place, NO food was available to us anywhere.😞and no glass or plastic cups in the room for water to either drink or take pills. Lighting in the room was not enough."
