露天風呂付きの部屋に泊まりました。部屋は広くて綺麗で大満足です。ただ、料理のレベルは高くないと感じました。夜の会席と朝食と2食頂きましたが、どちらもイマイチでした。 そして1番良いお部屋に泊まったのですが、食事会場で下座に誘導されたのは疑問でした。それなりのサービスを受けたかったと言うのが正直なところです。

無料送迎も有り良かった

鳥羽駅から無料の送迎が30分間隔で有り良かったです。 チェックインした時は丁度少ない時間帯だったのかスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。 こじんまりした綺麗なホテルでした。 部屋に畳の和室とベッドの洋室と2スペース有りましたが、結局畳部分は使わなかったので洋室だけの部屋を選べば良かったかな？と思いました。 夕食は会席料理を選びましたが、同じ時間帯の人が多くて落ち着いて食べれなかったです。 料理は美味しかったですが、出すまでに時間が掛かりすぎてお腹いっぱいになって全部食べれなかったです。 部屋にユニットバスが付いてて、普通このレベルのホテルならトイレとお風呂は別々が多いのにユニットバスはかなり残念でした。 ベッドも狭いシングルベッドで寝相が悪いと落ちそうなくらい狭いベッドでした。 大浴場に20時頃行ったのですが、シャワーが全部使われててすんなりと利用が出来なかった上にお風呂と露天風呂が緩くて最悪でした。 外の露天風呂には垢が浮いてて入りませんでした。 翌朝の朝食は洋食を選びましたが、予約した時間帯はお客さんが少なくて静かにゆっくり食べれました。 パンが美味しかったです。

とにかく掃除が行き届いていて最高でした！ 子どもたちがベッドで寝るので、ベッドを動かしてくっつけたんだけど、動かした下のところに埃がない！ 前に泊まったビジネスホテルなんて埃だらけだった。(ある意味、それが普通というか仕方ないことだと思ってる) のに、まさかの埃がなくてビックリ！！！ 大浴場の露天風呂も普通だったら蜘蛛の巣が張ってても文句言われないであろう外のつい立てのまわりも蜘蛛の巣も埃もなくキレイでした！ 本当に掃除が行き届いていて最高でした！

スタッフ皆さんにこやかで丁寧に接客してくださいましたが、残念だったことが数点あります。 ベランダの鍵が壊れたままになっていたこと。部屋のスリッパが左右揃っておらず、サイズもかなり大きく女性には合っていなかったこと。レストランや部屋の掃除がきちんとできていなかったことです。 個人の感想ですので、人によっては気にならないかもしれません。

ヨーロッパ風の素敵な建物でした。ロビーも外の光をたくさん取り入れて明るく清潔感があふれています。ただ、廊下や部屋の壁、プール周りは少し手入れが行き届いていない感じがしてもったいない気もしました。 1番気に入ったのはスタッフです。世界のさまざまな宿泊施設に泊まってきましたが、こちらのスタッフたちは一流の高級ホテルレベルでした。フロント、ベルボーイ、レストランやカフェのサーバーなど施設のどこで会うスタッフも丁寧で親切で笑顔でした。世の中がコロナで騒がれている中、スタッフさんたちのおかげでとても高級感あるリラックスした時間を過ごすことができました。

10/12の台風の時に行ってしまいました。本当は満室だったのに10家族ぐらいしかいなくて。 食事はたいへんおいしいです。 また是非行きたいです。 ただ、リクエストとしては、部屋の鍵が一つだけだったので、もう一つあってくれると助かります。
