Exceptional!! This brand new property is Above & beyond This amazing property exceeded our expectations. Booked for 3 days and extended our trip to enjoy at total of 16 days. The staff is amazing! Helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our pool and hot tub room made it hard for us to go home!!! Highly recommend. Will be back

El trato fue excelente, el hotel se mantiene limpio y en buenas condiciones, solo habría que darle mantenimiento a las regaderas, pero de ahí en fuera está de 10

Al arribar estaba lista la habitación, fresca, y muy limpia. Las sábanas, toallas olían a suavizante. Los insumos de limpieza del hotel eran de buena calidad, con aromas herbales. La limpieza de la habitación la realizaban diariamente, y el personal fue muy amable. La alberca privada estaba muy limpia, el agua fresca y agradable. El material de los pisos y paredes (microcemento), resultó excelente para el clima y actividades, ya que se secaba por completo y absorbia el agua sin problema. Los colchones eran muy cómodos. Contaba con smart TV, y WiFi gratis. Algo que se agradece enormemente, es que el hotel tuviera un generador de energía para los días que falla el suministro de luz, tuvimos dos días con fallas eléctricas en el pueblo, y no lo sentimos gracias al generador. El gerente del Hotel, Rolando, excelente con sus recomendaciones sobre lugares para pasear o comer. Me hubiera gustado tener un frigorífico en la habitación, pero nos dieron acceso a un refrigerador del restaurante y solucionamos ese tema. El Hotel es realmente hermoso, un remanso de paz en un lugar paradisíaco como lo es El Cuyo. Yucatán. Sin duda regresaría a este Hotel.

Habitación muy limpia, lo único que el jacuzzi no funciono y tener más cuidado con la limpieza de alberca encontramos cabellos, por lo demás exelente la atención de Edgar y la camarilla super muchas gracias

Fantastisk nyåpnet sted! Meget god pris og helt utsøkt frokost og lunsj! Jeg vil anbefale at det skaffes kjøleskap på rommene og at det serveres drinker etter hvert, men det er bare småtteri. Ingen tvil om hvor vi vil bo igjen neste gang vi kommer. Bedre gjestfrihet skal du lete lenge etter. Hilsen John fra Norge

Ganz tolles kleines Hotel mit sehr netten Personal. Die Zimmer sowie die gesamte Anlage sind super gestaltet. Sehr sauber und mit extrem bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes, aber lecker und ausreichend. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer, da das Restaurant um 16.00 Uhr schließt und das nächste Geschäft nicht um die Ecke ist. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, wir würden es wieder buchen.

Tout était parfait ! Tant la chambre qui était magnifique (avec jacuzzi et piscine privée) et très propre que le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable ! On peut laisser la voiture et se balader à pied, de jour comme de nuit, en toute sérénité. Nous serions restés plus longtemps si nous avions pu et y retournerons sans hésiter !

Modernes und neues Hotel. Das war schön aber für uns auch ein kleines Problem. Denn das Hotel ist noch nicht fertig gebaut und eingerichtet. Es fehlt noch viel! In den Zimmern und Balkonen gab es keine Sitzgelegenheiten, Tische oder Stühle - sondern nur 1 Hängematte pro Zimmer. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Haken für Handtücher u.a. Die Betten waren kurz und jetzt schon etwas durchgelegen. Leider auch kein TV im Zimmer. Und die Dachterrasse ist noch im Rohbau, so dass es im gesamten Hotel keine Sonnenliegen und -Schirme gab, auch nicht am Pool. Gleiches gilt für nahen Strand - keine Liegen, kein Schatten. Nur in der Nähe der Mole einige Schirme. Aber die Mitarbeiter waren alle ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr gut.
