"The hotel is fine for staying one night, the room was clean with heating, big shower and bathroom. Located about seven kilometers to the old city, the staff are friendly people. "

You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."

"On Aug 26 We reserved one night through Expedia. When we arrived, we found that the hotel gate is locked with a chain and doors are locked the hotel seems closed for a while or out of business. I contacted the Expedia agent. I never get my refund back and you guys you still advertising this hotel in your website. Even contacting the owner and no answer so ever."
