"Good service, staff spoke excellent english and was very accommodating. Room was neat and tidy and comfortable.
Location was excellent, right near Haeli art village and Provence village. Worth the price."
"This is a nice, affordable hotel with awesome staff. Rooms are basic as are many hotels in Korea, and are clean and comfortable (one double bed and one single bed in most rooms). The staff is excellent. We stayed here because a family member works close by. Some neighborhood restaurants are within walking distance as well as a few โquick martsโ. Unification park with some hiking trails and a rebuilt 1.000 year old palace is nearby."
"Property was clean and filled with amenities. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There were several shops nearby and many kinds of restaurants open late. The main issue was transport. It was nearly impossible to get taxis to/from Goyang & Kintex. "

"We have never been to hotel with such a high level of service ; every employee that we met no matter where it was whether in the elevator walking outside or just in the lobby, asked if he can help us with anything if we need any special services or just a quick hi. The stuff the executive lounge were also extremely friendly, helpful and pure joy to be around. I really think this hotel is something extraordinary."
"This room had everything you could want a washer, a stove, a fridge, a steamer to steam up your clothes once you get them unpacked and also could be used to dry your clothes. was very close walkable distance to the night markets and the wholesale market."
"This hotel is a gem. Itโs in such a cool area that offers both historical and modern experiences. Walkable to Seoul Station and other points of interest like outdoor markets. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient with foreigners. Room was a nice size and clean. Lots of additional amenities for people who want to stay in as well. Would visit again. "
"This is a very modern hotel, relatively new. The rooms were very large, super clean and well equipped. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good, although a bit expensive. "
