"We had to book a room here last second, literally 5 minutes away because our original book we had at another place was absolutely horrible and we didn’t even stay in the parking lot! So we got here and it was a completely different feel. The front desk was immediately helpful, was sympathetic to what had just happened to us, the lobby was very clean as was the room! My only complaint was that in our room after you flushed the toilet, it continued to make a weird noise for a few minutes. There was also someone in the room behind us with a dog (which is fine as it’s a pet friendly hotel) but apparently they weren’t in their room and the dog was locked in the bathroom for at least 3 hours, helping, crying, barking, and it was at bedtime - although that’s not the hotels fault at all! Overall, the hotel was great. We didn’t have their breakfast or use their pool so I can’t speak on that."
