"Room was nice. The only issue was no hot water for our 2 day stay. On check out. We were told if we called they could have done something about it. Don't understand why this couldn't have been taken care of before we checked in"

"This motel was absolutely disgusting. I truly hate to be a complainer and was not expecting anything more than basic accomodations, however the various kinds of grime on the walls, the leftover mustache hairs in the corners at the sink, and the filth on the floors/in the corners left us feeling dirty. More than FEELING dirty, my daughter walked around bare foot for no more than 20 minutes and the bottoms of her feet were completely black. The shower was so poorly maintained and cleaned that the caulking around the tub was black and the floor of the shower was completely discolored. It was so unhygienic that we did not even take showers. We truly tried to honor our full reservation but ended up leaving early due to the unsanitary conditions. There is a reason the images of this location here on Expedia has only the lobby and does not show the rooms."

"Good place to stay for a booked cruise. Has shuttle service to the port. Comfortable beds and McDonalds nearby as well as pizza places and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Has outdoor pools and kiddie pool and a hot tub. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas."

"Great location for the air show! Love the Tiki envoronment. Very few restruants within walking distance. Brunch was ok. But the cooked-fresh menu was SO much better. 2 specific items of note: * You pay for the Gelato before getting it. A VERY simple sign above the gelato would save a LOT of aggrevation. There was an "over-served" customer that had heated words with the staff. Once a manager got involved, the staff were giggling/Laughing about the customer. BAD LOOK. * The kitchen stuff is behind the bathroom sliding door. If you are a solo-traveler such as me, it is IMPOSSIBLE to see it."
