"We had a great stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Honestly, I thought she was the owner because of how much she cared and how involved she was in making sure everything was perfect. The property itself was very clean, well maintained, and looked even better in person. The unit was spacious and exceeded our expectations. On top of that, the food was excellent and added even more to the experience. We would absolutely stay here...

"I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. "We had a very enjoyable stay at Costa del Sol Wyndham Cusco. The hotel is beautiful, the colonial architecture gives it a unique charm, and the location is excellent for exploring the historic center. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. After staying at another hotel in Cusco, we especially appreciated the larger room, comfortable bed, and overall level of comfort. The staff was also exceptional—everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety of fresh options, and the quality of the food was excellent. The restaurant staff was attentive and kept everything well stocked. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that there was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. It smelled like there may have been an issue with the sewage or drainage system. While it didn't ruin our trip, it was noticeable enough to affect the overall comfort of the room. Aside from that one issue, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The comfort, service, breakfast, and location made it an excellent choice for our time in Cusco."
