"Beautiful hotel . Breakfast was excellent . Staff very friendly and helpful"

"Easy to find and located in a lovely area. Even though the email stated that the reception would be open until 17:30, it actually closed at 17:00. Luckily, we found the key without any problems. The room was clean and ready, but a few things were missing: glasses, bowls, batteries for the remote control, and most importantly, a chair for the table. We emailed them about it right away but never received a reply. Overall, an okay stay, but with a lack of attention to details."

"Usandsynlig dårlig stand på værelse 23. Hotellets bedste udsigt, men dårligt rengørings niveau, mug/fugt i hjørner, uhumsk badeværelse, med ildelugtende kloak lugt. Beskidt gulvtæppe. Ren seng. Venlig betjening i reception. Uspændende morgenmad og generelt urent på hotellet. Tyder på manglende ledelse. Det er synd for hotellet er placeret så naturskønt."

"A beautiful property with lots of art and incredible breakfast with a view! It's a unique place, an education centre with about 200 rooms in multiple buildings. It feels like staying at camp! The staff were incredibly helpful, I can't thank them enough. "

"We stayed one night. We got in late, so the hotel manager knew who we were the minute we walked in. Our room was right down the hall. The hallway to the rooms is interior open space with nice decorations, and our room was right there, very fun classy entryway. Everything was just so neat and precise. It was perfect for getting settled in. The breakfast was beyond anything you ever get in the US. Really exceptional! And any staff we spoke with was polite and friendly and helpful. Top to bottom...
