"Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it....

"The caravan was cosy but functional, especially with the eating area outside. The air conditioning was really appreciated for sleeping, and the windows had mosquito nets on. We took our own mosquito net and used it outside, around the table, to avoid being bitten in the evenings. Camp site services were excellent - shop, restaurant, ice cream kiosk and bike rental."

Bring your own toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towels, and bed linens = no kidding. If not, you will be disappointed. No Wifi, one outlet in the whole room. The reservation said 6 beds, and it was actually 2 with a couch pull out. The pictures look alot better than the grounds."
